Hey, well, still not sure which chicken it was but they all are absolutely fine, just looking at me like ''what you staring at...?'' making chicken-y noises and stuff

If it was some internal thing wouldn't they be in pain or something?!?
All natural chicken nugget, so true...that's probably what they put in the ones you buy! x]
Seriously not much cake, only a little bit when we have some, which isn't very often, no lima beans, skins, yee-es but not very often either, it's mostly just french bean ends, parsley, carrot bits, cheese rinds, curly kale, any veggie stuff really...Why are potato skins not good? Lots of people give it to them, and they're chickens are still alive..

I hope that's not it...
It didn't smell and the liquid was inside...
OK, greens, greens, though they get mostly greens anyway...we got them april last year and they were point of lay...
Are your chickens all alright then, vixchix?? Maybe it was just a dodgy egg, are they all laying???
They get their own herbs, we have rosemary, thyme, marjoram, golden thyme, tarragon, catnip, lemon balm, mints...loads...
mmm, the second pic maybe...but I seriously would have thought they'd be rolling around in agony or something...? Well...will just have to see...Hmmmm. Thanks, everyone....

dlhunicorn has a few posts that may be helpful.

Remember a chicken is a VERY simple animal. It is remarkable how this creature works.

For those of use that have "processed" a bird and looked at the internal organs........

It looks like an ovary system. Hope your hen is doing well.

I have seen some strange things come out of a hen, but not this.

I believe hens only need one ovary to produce eggs? Is that correct?

Maybe she'll be alright and still produce.
