Found strange nest

Can anyone tell me what this kind of nest this is? Its on my porch. Hope its a nice breed my luck it will be a hawk

Wow thanks my grandkids are excited we have a dove nesting on our garage opener with 2 fledglings ,now this. Never have seen a nest like it. Thanks for the site.
