Found this one at the side of the road…what kind?

Any ideas what breed(s) this one might be? I was just driving home this morning and found this little one at the side of the road around the bend.

Looks like a Silkie, possibly mixed, rooster. Lucky you found him. They have zero defenses against predators. Somebody likely dumped him.

There’s a lady up the road who keeps chickens free roaming. Could have wandered off down the road maybe. I’m going to go ask her.

I’m not sure what we’ll do with him if she doesn’t claim him. Try to find someone to take him, I suppose.
