Found this silkie pic.. is this normal??

I found this pic while I was googling silkies just now.. is this a normal comb for a roo?? It seems HUGE!!!

As if it isn't hard enough for them to see with all that hair...

No, that comb is not normal. I don't think the hair is the reason he can't see.

I wonder what's wrong with that comb.

Maybe the UK does it different, but I've never seen a silkie comb like that before and hope I never do! heh

By the looks of it, that bird is probably from the UK. Many of their silkie roosters look like this, although the comb on this boy does seem a bit large..
