Four week old chick - hen or rooster?

Hello! We had broody hens and let 2 sit on 3 eggs. Only one hatched so we are really hoping it is a hen. She will be 4 weeks old tomorrow. Please look at these pictures and let me know what you think. The mom (we're pretty sure) is the black bantam Dutch hen. The father is a bantam Americana (we think). Thank you!

The little black one is the one in question? Need better pics to tell for sure, but I believe you have a cockerel.
