four week old rhode Island red... she seems MEAN!

help! I have five rhode island reds that are 4 weeks old, one of the hens seems really mean. I put my 4 week old babies outside in the play yard with the 1 week old chicks, and she's the only one that I have any problems with. I hope this isn't a sign of whats to come.

First of all, it is NORMAL for the 4 week olds to picl on the 1 week olds. Just the way it is with chickens. See me page for integrating chicks and chickens of different ages together. It will help.
