It's hard to tell by that alone...I have GLW's with reddish combs at 5 weeks, but I'm still convinced they are pullets. The same thing happened with my last batch of chicks...the ones I worried about because of the pinkish combs still turned out to be girls.
Other things to look for in a roo are feathering differences...roos actually feather out more slowly than pullets at this age. There could be bare spots on the shoulders and the tails are still smaller. Also...the thickness of their legs...boys have bigger and thicker legs than the girls. And little roos are usually either more aggressive, curious or more friendly. When you put your hand near them...do they stand tall and challenge you? Or run to the corner like a girl? My young RIR roo would jump right in my lap if I squatted down near the coop...but he would also challenge my hand and peck at my rings. None of these things are fool-proof, but together the clues can add up.
Of the two, the second one definitely has more rooster traits. The biggest of the bunch. Very curious, big long legs. The first one has a much more girly build and seemed soooo girly until the comb started to develop. She/he was also the fastest at getting feathers. Would more pics help, or do I just have to wait and see? Thanks!

I can also show you the parents, if that helps at all. Here's their dad:
OK, so here are some full body shots. You can hopefully see that #2 has more of a rooish build and attitude. Also, #1 never pecks. #2 sometimes pecks me hand. Can you tell I reeeeeally want #1 t be a pullet? lol
#1, I was on the line with before because the comb was not as wide as I like to see when I say "roo".
I am concerned that its comb is close to as pink as the # 2. In the second set of pictures, I don't see as much pink.
It does look like #1 has more feathering in than # 2 does also . . . . . .
So, #1 is a maybe at this time. Give her / him another week or two. By then it should be clear.
