Fourth Egg With Membrane but no Shell But the Hen is a Good Egg

What the heck is going on???? I know what chicken but I don't know why. She is 7 months old, healthy, or so I think, has just started laying eggs for the first time and is batting 100% at eggs without a shell! Four eggs so far and all are the same. She gets plenty grains, oyster shell, and Layena, etc. In fact the chickens get lots of good stuff. Do you think she is a bad egg? Will she ever get better?
