Fowl Cholera??

Hi everyone! I need your help right away!
I have a hen with 4 chicks. Three days ago, I notice them eating less and the hen always looks sleepy even while standing up. The next morning, they are all weak and stay in one place. That's when I notice the hen's bubbly eyes. I immediately gave the hen Vetracin capsule

and water soluble powder

for the chicks.

The next day, I found all the chicks lifeless and the hen very weak. The bubbly eyes are gone but she got lots of saliva coming out of her beak. Her poop looks like this

and she's on her third day of medication. This is her the day her chicks died

her face is a bit swollen, but it already subside now.

What should I do? She's not eating and drinking. Could it be Fowl Cholera? If yes, what should I give her? Or is my medicine enough? Help me please!

Are you in the Philippines? Do you have a vet where you could have some poops checked for worms or coccidiosis and other parasites? The bubbly eye and face swelling can be a sign of mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG.) The pictures medication can treat MG symptoms, but the disease is chronic for life, and can pass through hatching eggs to chicks. I doubt if it is fowl cholera, because the symptoms are different, but if you should lose her, I would have a necropsy performed on her to get a diagnosis.

Definitely sounds like MG to me.
In my experience and research, this sounds like classic Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD), or most commonly known as Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG). MG is a bacterial infection of poultry, affecting all different species of birds. This disease is most commonly given from infected parents to the offspring, as the MG bacteria can be transmitted vertically into the eggs of developing embryos, making any chicks that hatch, always infected and sick with the bacteria. MG is a chronic disease- meaning, that you can treat or have the symptoms go away, but whenever the bird gets stressed again, the symptoms will keep coming back or get worse. All “recovered” like birds, remain lifetime long carriers of the MG bacteria, spreading and shedding it through their feces, feathers, dander, respiratory secretions and other bodily fluids. This is a lifetime disease of poultry and is incurable. Since MG is a bacteria, antibiotics can help keep symptoms at bay until the next blowout. Just keep in mind that overuse and/or misuse of antibiotics puts you at risk for creating antibiotic-resistant bacteria, making the disease worse than before and much harder to treat.

Hello everyone. She didn't made it. When I came to check on her this morning, she's on her back and very stiff.
