Fowl Fest in Michigan- October 11 and 12

Last year there were several aisles of poultry for sale. There is also going to be an auction, check website.

you may be able to hook up with breeders too.

We went last year and really enjoyed it. We started last spring with Barred Rocks. It was our first chance to see so many breeds up close.

We plan to go again this year and are bringing some friends who started in chickens this year.

And we plan to go to Zehnder's to eat chicken afterwards!

Went last year, camped at Yogi....was kinda cold! Show was good, variety of sale birds, kids had fun. Love the town. Not sure if i'll be back this year though due to finances and a civil war re-enactment that same weekend in Yankee Springs!

Its about 45 min from so its not to bad, I will i take my 6 and 10 old daughters with me, hopefully they will enjoy it.
