fowl pox causing diarrhea?

I'm pretty sure that my 3 barred rocks have a small case of fowl pox, little black and white specks on their faces but it's clearing up pretty quickly. They had diarrhea for a day then it went back to normal except one of them. I'm not sure if fowl pox can cause this but one of my girls is acting a little of, not really sick just off. She has diarrhea and is eating less then normal not sure what it is and how to treat it.

How old are they? Is it possible that that one has cocci? I have not heard of pox causing it.

There 8 months. Two are acting completely normal but the one is acting slightly different.
