Songster
First of all, there is dry fowl pox traveling through my flock. For the most part it is going well and the chickens are healing up quickly. But I have one hen, a five-month-old white-faced black Spanish, who has swelling and infection in both of her eyes. It's really smelly and very goopy. I have washed it with hibiclens and flushed it with saline. Then I wiped it with an iodine solution and applied Neosporin. I have got her separated of course, since she can't see. I have also called my veterinarian but have not heard back yet. Is there anything else I can do for her? TIA!
