Fowl pox or bullying?

I would appreciate any opinions or advice. I am wondering if this girl has fowl pox or is being bullied. Thanks so much

It is probably pecking or damage. What is your general location? Fowl pox is usually seen in summer/fall or in tropical climates when mosquitoes are out.

Do you have a rooster?

I do have a rooster but actually the girls seem to pick on each other. He is actually pretty gentle as far as his needs with them. I am also in NJ and have been advised that fowl pox is a summer thing. I will though keep an eye out for the bully. I have had some feather plucking bullying before and was able to redirect it. Thank you so much for your time and advice.

The scabbing on the back of the comb is consistent with being grabbed there. Often, but not always, roosters can grab the back of the comb and cause some damage, especially if the hen is not agreeable or willing.

Hens do pick on one another too so it could be a combination of rooster and hen picking/mating/mounting.
