Fowl pox or favus?

I already posted about this before but there pictures are more clear to get a proper diagnosis. He acts very usual and eats well, but these things keeps growing!
 
I do think that it is fowl pox, a virus spread by mosquitoes, due to the scabs on various places. Before with only the picture of the ear and no lesions on the comb, I thought it was peck wounds. Dry fowl pox usually lasts around a month or less, and most recover without treatment. With wet pox, it can cause the lesions inside the beak and throat, and it may cause them to not eat and drink. It is more serious.
