Anyway, on with question. As far as we can tell we are dealing with dry pox, as soon as I noticed the scabs I started adding ACV one day and chick vitamins/electrolytes the next to the water, as well as bit of garlic in their feed each day. So far no one is showing any other signs other than a bit of scabs on their combs. Everyone still has a huge appetite and is drinking just fine. I'm hoping we caught it in time.

Once we run out of vitamins we're thinking about adding Poly-Vi-Sol to their water, only question is, how much per gallon of water? Giving them each a dose is going to be a bit hard as we have 90+. They roughly go through 8 gallon of water a day. -More than half are 14 weeks old and younger.- They are all free ranged together so chances are everyone has been exposed already.

Any other advice is more than welcomed!

Fowl pox is one of those problems with having mosquitoes. There is a vaccine for chickens that haven't been exposed yet, but any that have pox will be immune to that strain in the future. There is no treatment for pox, unless secondary infections such as eye infections occur. Betadine or iodine is good to apply to the scabs to help dry them out, but most chickens recover in 2-3 weeks. Wet pox which involves lesions inside the throat and beak can be deadly, so you may want to check for any yellow patches inside the beaks. Here are some links to read:

It would be a waste of good money to use Polyvisol vitamins, since poultry vitamins are much less expensive and go right into the water (or the food as with Poultry Booster.) Here are some popular brands:
