fowl pox?

I brought this baby home a week ago. This showed up the next day and is continually getting worse. Whole eye is covered now. I've been washing with warm water and saline and applying triple antibiotic ointment. Any thing else I should do?

I don't think it's pox...but it may be a growth of some kind?
