Is this fowl pox or just marks from pecking at each other? If it is, anything I can do about it?

Thank you that link is a big help. I currently have chicks just about ready to go to an outside pen, I'm hoping in a couple months they won't pick it up from the environment once introduced to the big chicken coop.Yes, that looks like fowl pox, especially the beige bumps on the wattles. It is a virus that lasts about a month, and it will go away on it’s own. Some paint Betadine on scabs to help them dry out. Here is some info:

Should I be concerned about introducing young birds in a month or two? It's mostly spread via mosquito bites. If the scabs fall off in the environment there isn't much you can do. Keep feeders and waterers clean, keep things as clean as you reasonably can. It usually runs it's course with no real problems. Those that get it, will have some resistance in the future and shouldn't get it again.
