Well, when it rains it pours. Noticed these black spots on 2 of the cockerels combs and wattles and on one of my hens. They are almost 15ish weeks. Confirming it’s fowlpox and if there is any treatment protocol, keep reading to do betadine on the spots, and isolate or do nothing. We’ve got 27 chickens total, and isolating the infected isn’t an option. First time having chickens and we just lost one to what we think/thought was sour crop last week. We are in north Texas and the mosquitoes have been horrible. I will be spraying the coop walls with permethrin tomorrow.

I wouldn't isolate, the virus is spread by mosquitoes.
Paint the lesions with Iodine or Betadine.
I agree, it looks like Fowl Pox. A few of the scabs are possibly peck marks (which is common) but I see Pox lesions too.

Since you have more than one with the lesions, you may want to provide sanitized water for the flock to help keep the spread down. Usually if it's Dry Pox it will resolve in a few weeks.

This article discusses treatment(s) and water sanitation.
