Fox attack and injury

4 Months old hen got attacked today by a fox. We rescued her, she is drinking water but her head is bent down. She has been standing for the last 12 hrs. Is this normal for a hen that has been attacked.

It's fortunate that she has survived 12 hours. Do you see any cuts? Someone here might be able to suggest some antibiotics. Otherwise, I'd just keep her comfortable and quiet and give her something hydrating and yummy.
