Fox attack Hen Blinde????

Had a fox attack a week ago today. My hen, "Bunny" was injured badley it seemed but is standing and eating and drinking. Not sure if she cant see or has brain tramma preventing her from aiming correctly I have to guide her head to the water and or food
Her pupils have begun to move oh and at first her one eye didn't look great, closed most of the time but now seems ok. when I put her down she doesn't walk and just stands there although ive seen her take steps before
Is she blind now ?
If so, has anyone seen hens regain there sight?

Was the eye and/or head damaged in the attack? Any other wounds?
Does she react if you put your hand near her eyes?

If there was damage to the eye(s) it's hard to know how well she will recover with sight. A vet may be able to check her out and tell you more.
I would get some poultry vitamins into her that contain Vitamins E, B1, B2 and A.
Keep her eating/drinking and continue helping her as needed.

shes eating quick oats with water to make them soft for her is that an ok food

I would offer her her normal feed - layer feed or chick starter made into a mash (feed plus a little water). You can also offer bits of egg, fish or meat to boost protein.
It would be good to also give her some poultry vitamins for a few days too.
