Years ago, we used to spend our summers in Sullivan Maine.

Here is a coyote. It did attempt to dig under the fence on the far side but got zapped by the electric wire that goes around the pen and coop and abandoned the attempt.

We have coyotes all around us, and it is pretty scary to see one in action trying to get to the chickens. We see a single young one just beyond our yard fence now and then, but hear dozens from nearby hills howling to each other at night.

It was back out by that coop again last night. I got it on camera but it's hard to see because it was foggy. Warm ground and cold air. I see them often on at least one of the cameras.

Last nights foggy picture, there is the coyote barely seen near the middle of the picture.
