I was just wandering if anybody had a fox? I know in many states you can have fennec fox and red fox . And after reading about how the Russians raised the silvers to be so friendly and dog like i was just wandering if anybody had them?

Ive had wild "pet" foxes (long story) but I really want to get a pet one from a breeder!
Ive been looking into them for along time and I love all the colors they come in.
    My favorites are:
    Blue-
    [IMG]
    Silver (white mark)-
    [IMG]
    Calico-

    Silver & Pearl-

But the foxes that we have in the US arent quite dog-like yet. They still arent pet-pets in most cases (from what Ive read)

I think Foxes are beautiful animals, I have wanted one for a long time as well.

(I've mentioned this before) but one of my cousins "have" three foxes that they found at kits back in 03'

the mother had been caught in a snare trap not even 5 feet from the den and died, they raised the kits to be wild and eventually let them wander off

"Sasha' is the only Vixen of the three, she is sweet as pie for most of the year, lets you pet her when she comes around (even knows how to sit!), she comes around every year to have her kits under their back porch, it's the only time she's a no touchy touchy fox.
