fox in the hen yard

I just went out and there was a fox in with my goats and chickens, he ran off before I could get to my shot gun, so far Ive found 4 hens probably more out there, I didn't know a fox would kill more than 1 at a time, any Idea when he might show back up and how I can get rid of him , There's to many dogs and cats around to set a leg trap,

Well I have one question answered any way, I went to town and just got back, The fox came back while I was gone hes now got all my hens except 3 and I still have all 5 roos , I guess he will get them after getting my other 3 hens.

If the fox is "That" aggressive... get your rifle/shotgun and find somewhere to hide in view of the coop (or build a blind)... snipe his behind!

so far fox 15, davd 0 looks like I will be out of chickens in a few more days, but theres all ways next year I guess

last year i had a fox take out all ten of my rhode islands in one night. it left headless bodies all through the yard. my neighbor killed it and i thought we were done. my pekin duck was killed last night. found its headless body with fox prints all around.
