Fox snake

Hi there. New member here. I have to welsh harlequin females sitting on nests and this morning I heard them making quite a commotion. When I looked there was a huge fox snake with one of the eggs in its mouth. I got rid of the snake and put the egg back in the nest. My question is Will the mothers return to sitting on the nest or will they abandon them??

It's a toss up. She may or may not sit. If she doesn't if you have an incubator you can put the egg in it. Did she go back to sitting on the eggs? Good luck...

They both went back to sitting. Yay!
