Fox

What is the best thing to do about a fox besides shoot it. If i get the chance i will but is there anything i can do to help prevent them from coming around?

A secure coop and run (they'll come around but will move on if there are no easy eats).
If you are on acreage, start walking patterns through woods/fields. Foxes like to place their dens on south facing hillsides/rises, and either bury or burn them out.

Foxes, especially if they're paired up, can make a flock disappear, quickly.

Some folks use 4 legged fox chasing/killing proxies, i.e., well trained dogs.
Some folks use poison bait/sets/snares.

At this location they are brazen, not at all retiring and, so, are easy to retire with a rifle.
