Hi. I've been enjoying my BCMs for over 2 months now. I hatched 6 on April 3rd. They are huge now. While they are gentle and will let me pick them up (only when cornered), I find they are rather shy when foraging out and about. If i get within 10 yards, off they scurry.
They are a funny chicken. They are extremely pack-ish. Always staying in the group. If one ventures out, the rest join up. There's not one really dominant one (if you don't count the big roo).
Any other FBCM raisers, breeders or enthuisiasts out there that can vouch for what I'm saying?
