Fraud Warning!

I have had several people tell me my egg photo is being used to sell other peoples eggs...the photo is the same as in my avatar except it also has the full background.

Please beware anyone using my photo to sell their products - hatching eggs or birds - are not selling you anything related to that photo.

I have seen these ad's on CraigsList and I have been informed someone is also using it on FB. The ad's that I have seen (so far) are NOT located in Texas.

I've asked some of the people I have found to remove the photo ASAP, but not everyone has a morally based business.

There are a few BLOGS who use the photo with my permission, but you should always see my photo credit.

I'm sorry that my beautiful photo is being used to fool people.

Sorry to here that TammyTX.

I can relate as I have encountered the same thing with many of my coop photos. I hope that the buyer will appreciate the source of origination but that is not always the case. Once we put it on the web all kinds of glommers use what they could NOT do themselves.

So, to answer your question. YES. My photo is an original work of art.
