I'd agree. I wouldn't breed them even if I lived in a warm climate.
Thing is a frizzle will produce 50% frizzle when bred to non frizzle.
A frazzle will produce 100% frizzle when bred to a non frizzle.
Some peoples greed outranks ethics.
