Free a Rare Bird from McMurray

I recently purchased my roasters for this summer and McMurray offered me a free rare chick. Just wondering- has anyone ever gotten a hen or is this ALWYAYS a rooster?

They have always been cockerels but the last on I got from them turned out to be a beautiful Black Cochin rooster whose current owner is still really happy with him.
