I am thrilled to say that I have ordered and received my first batch of chicks through the mail. And to my amazement...all were chirping and full of energy. Amazed because they shipped from Iowa to......(drumroll) Hawaii!!!!! That's a very far journey for such tiny birds. I can't say how happy I am with my purchase and the customer service from McMurray hatchery. All chicks, even the surprise one is in awesome shape and health 3 days later. I just wanted to share some good news!

Also, I have a surprise box coming in October from Alchemist farm...anyone have experience with them?
