I received these chicks as "packing peanuts" from a hatchery when I ordered my ducklings. The invoice only states that "males included for warmth". No breed was specified but from the info I received from some BYCers they are either RIR or Production Reds. Anyway I currently already have 13 hens and 2 roos. So I don't have a place for these guys without causing trouble. So I am wanting to give them away for FREE to my fellow BYCers, the only thing is I am not sure how I would go about shipping them (I'm new at this), I still have the box that they were sent to me from the hatchery so I could use that I'm just not sure about any regulations there may be on shipping days old poultry. Info would be appreciated. Buyer would be responsible for shipping charges. Or they can be picked up.
They all are healthy and I have treated them as if i were keeping them. There is 8 total. They were hatched Sunday, March 21.
I am located in Claxton, Georgia. I would be willing to meet up to 30 min. away.
