I have a young rooster, hatchery stock, looks light Sebright feathers, but has typical rooster hackles, etc. Roosters aren't allowed in town, so he needs a new home. 
We call him Princess. I will be driving from Wichita to south east Nebraska in mid August, and would be happy to work out delivery or meeting along the way if you happen to be somewhere in that direction.
