We have 2 Barred Rock Cockerels who are about 16-17 weeks old. With this batch we got far too many, and wed like to give them a chance to get a new home. We live in Kempner, Texas (A little itty-bitty town about 20 miles west of Killeen. ) I will NOT ship. You must come to pick them up.
Theyre not aggressive, but they are a bit flighty. We free-range them with 15 other chickens from about 9AM to 6PM everyday, so they arent used to being picked up/petted and such. But theyd be amazing little pets if you handle them often.
Id prefer it if you didnt just get them to eat them. If I wanted that to happen I could cull them right now. I think they deserve a nice home. Please PM me or post here if your interested, so I can PM you with more details/contact information and such.
