What I meant by a scam is that you would commit to getting yhese birds for "free" and they might end up costing you hundreds or even thousands of dollars and you might end up with nothing. You would pay for shipping and ghe birds would get stuck in quarantine and you might not be able to get them out until you pay more and more and more, for vet bills and inspections and fees and certificates. I just think you should be VERY careful.
