Free chick from McMurray

I'll get two free chicks this year. One from McMurray and they come 5/26 and one Meyer Meal Maker -either a laying hen or a broiler since I ordered both(4/21). Wonder if Ideal throws in freebies when I get my 10 bourbon red turkeys (4/26) i'll be busy with all the birds , but I am starting from zero. So its building my foundation. I hope I get a funk(ky )roo from McMurray and not a EE.

I don't know if other hatcheries do it I know my pet chick doesn't. I hope I get an awesome roo too, but ee roo will be ok because I can make olive eggers then

Sure thing. We are expecting 27 chicks in both orders, so we'll see what we get.

So ur getting 54 wow awesome. I have roughly 45 coming and I'm getting a couple Roos for the first time. I only have 12 now so biggggg jump in numbers here lol

Thankfully, it was a collaboration of a two friends and me. Out of those 50 or so, 12-13 are mine (depends on if the extras are tophats or not). Yep, I'm excited.

I'm keeping all 45 I want to sell eggs so people can see the difference between those poor battery hens eggs and ours. I'm also getting 30 ducks in April lol

I'm buying a few Pekins this spring too, but I only want 4. I'll be hatching some and using some eggs in baking. If I have enough, I may sell a few.
