One thing I'm seeing is that if you live in an apartment complex and get an error about your address already being used, make sure to include your apartment number. Since ther are multiple units in a complex with the same address, if you don't, it'll flag as already being used. Not sure a lot of folks here will have that issue since it's hard to keep chickens in an apartment, but maybe people they know might...
