Free eggs...now what???

Had a friend of a friend give me some golden, ringneck and melinistic eggs because she knows I have a bator for my chickens and she doesn't hatch any of the eggs. what do I need to know???

From what I have read temp should be around 99.5 to 100 degrees at 50 humidity for the first 20/21 days then raised to around 70% up to hatch which is day 24 - 29.

This is my first Pheasant hatch due on June 24th. I just set more eggs today.
