Free Frizzle Polish Rooster in WA (Tacoma)

I have a WCB Rooster, about 5 mths old. Very friendly, has a few feathers missing from the top back of his head but othher than that is lovely. Below is a link to a post with pics of him from about a month ago, head feathers are much longer now. He is the Frizzle in the pics.
Can't keep him as I'm in the city.
Needs to go ASAP.
