I know of a small farm off the square in Marietta that has chickens. Last time I was over there the owner said he would like to get some RRs. I live in Acworth and have ordered 16 day old chicks to be here 8-1-08. I had to order that many because of the min. I only want to keep around 7. Do you know of anyone in our area who would like to have some. The breeds are buff orpington, barred rock, and speckled sussex.

I will ask around. The problem with that is half the time you end up with more roos than pullets, thus my problem here!! Let me know if you can't find someone closer and I'll come up and get a couple.
