This morning, my daughter found our EE bantam hen in a secret nesting spot. She didn't come home last night and I had a feeling that she was pulling this stunt (again). We discovered she was sitting on TEN eggs! Any chicks that hatch would be fathered by a black Orpington bantam rooster.
Would anybody within 30 minutes of Hercules want to take some of these eggs to put under their own broody or hatch in their incubator? 30 minutes without heat should be fine, especially this early in the incubation. I could even incubate them myself if you'd like some day-olds, but I'll be really upset if you change your mind later. I just don't want to hatch anything out if they're going to end up at the feed store. The guilt is more than I can bear.
Please LMK. The rooster is a real sweetie, too.

ETA: Pick-up only. Thanks!
