if i did not live on the other side of the usa I would take her but I am in Vegas. Is the only reason yu dont want her becase she is not laying eggs is it due to her being older bird or just defective. my buff orphington is a defective chicken but we still love her and she is just one big love lets my 7 year old neice carry her all over the place.

Well, you could always cull her and turn her into a chicken stew for Christmas or New Years.
