Trying to find a home for a handsome Light Brahma..he was hatched first week of August.....he was purchased from Meyers hatchery........we are in mansfield ohio

Google "livestock auction". We had a few young cockerels and some pullets we needed to sell, and found a livestock auction in our area of Ohio by googling. The place we went to holds a monthly sale. We made cages that could sell with the bird (although if you use a cage you do not want to sell, you can wait to get it back after the sale). We ended up with $7/ bird average (before commission) and all of them sold. Good luck!

Here is an example of the inexpensive cages we used: cut down cardboard boxes zip-tied to some chicken wire, with zip-tie handles. We added a tag on each cage to tell breed, age and hatchery source.
