free pony gelding

Free paint pony gelding.he is about 20 years old and very gentle. Buckskin paint . 12 hh. I took him on to save him from slaughter and to give him a shot at a better life. .he was severely underweight... and he needs some more weight now. Maybe 75 pounds.he has come a long way though.he has feathered legs also and would make a great lead line pony. I have set my 14 month old on him and have seen kids on him. he is free to a very good home. I will post pics later.I'm thinking he is a Shetland cross. He gets along with anything...please pm me if you'd like to know more about him.I'd prefer he go to a permanent retirement home to live out his life.thanks

My sister-in-law is looking for a pony for her kids! I gave her my mare last year when I had to downsize and I couldn't be happier, she's a great home. She also happens to be in NC too.
