hello, i was wondering if it is safe to have quail outside free range, and if so is there a breed you would suggest? also, can larger quail breeds co exist with bantam chickens?thanks!

Quail can not be free ranged like chickens as they will never return, nor should they be kept with chickens due to the larger size of chickens, different feed requirements and disease transfer from chickens to quail.
