Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.

Welcome I always kept the new ones in their coop/run for a couple of weeks so when I let them out they know where "home" is. Even so the first couple of times you might have to go wrangle a few of them up and bring them in. But it doesn't take them long! Good Luck
