Free ranging multiple flocks (chickens & ducks) together

I have three different flocks (layers, meat chickens and ducks). I would like to free range them all together in order to make paddock shifting easier. Each flock has its own coop. My question is, when it comes time to put them back in their coop for the night, will they actually separate and return to the correct coop, or am I in for a lot of sorting each night?

Generally they return to their own coop. Every once and a while you have one that tries a new coop. And there have been a few that have had them all try to move into one coop. You can only try it and see how it goes for you.
