Free Ranging New Hens

I bought 6 adult laying hens last week and happily they've integrated themselves well into the existing flock ( 14 hens, 2 roos and 4 guineas ).

I'd now like to let everyone free range for a few hours in the afternoons; my initial flock was used to this a couple times a week and have been very unhappy sounding because I've kept everyone in their pens while the new ladies were getting used to their new home.

Guess it's OK to give it a try ?

Yep. They'll be fine.

I agree, and probably would have been fine after a couple of days. Once they are in the flock, they will stay with the flock.

Curious, how you were able to just add new birds?
How big is your coop and run?
