So I want to start free ranging my birds a little. However I'm worried about them eating bad plants such as buttercup. Will they not eat it if they have enough room and other plants will they not eat it and other bad plants?

Thanks

We free range our semi-wild banties. They seem able to choose between edible food and dangerous stuff quite easily. Just to help them along, you could put down whatever you normally feed them so that they aren't totally dependent on plants and bugs.

They will not eat the dangerous plants. Don't worry.

They have evolved to have great instincts to survive!
