I have to two flocks 1 is 16with 3 Rhode Island Reds,1 Rhode island red rooster, 1 Americana, two jersey giants, two unknown, 4 brahmas, 2 broiler chickens and one buff Orpingtons
Flock 2 one silky rooster, four silkys, one sebright.
If they are free range will the big chickens pick on flock 2

If the space is big enough: probably not.

The big ones might chase the little ones away from the food, or the water, or the best dustbathing spots, or the nicest shade, or whatever. But as long as there are enough other places to go, the little ones will probably be fine.

I would try to watch for a while when you first let them out together, to see how things go. That way if I am wrong, and they are not fine, you will be able to intervene. :)

How old are these birds and how long have you had them?
Can they see each other from their runs?

You could free range them on alternate days, at least at first.
