So he could be an EE then, but he does not look like a Green Queen. He looks like an EE mix.

EEs are colored egg laying mutts, so EE X Any other breed = More EEs.

Well, kinda an EE is a mix of different breeds for the sole goal of getting certain colored eggs. Mixing them loses that goal thus leaving you with a pretty chicken that is a mutt of mutts. Even if it retains some of the genetic material it no longer posses that ability.
